Backyard Bar Man was born from a simple observation –Backyards are cooler when they have a spot where friends and family can enjoy a good drink! So, when a friend was building concrete countertops for local breweries and industrial spaces, the idea of combining artistic elements to durable concrete tops and hand-crafted bases for the purpose of enhancing any local backyard vibe was put into motion - The first Backyard Bar Man Bar. Today, we specialize in customized and stylish varieties to suit many tastes, incorporating some of our favorite design elements that include sea glass collections, recycled glass, and sea shells.
Who is the Backyard Bar Man?
Meet Tom Stocker Jr., a perfect combination of skilled craftsman and talented artist with a unique eye for personalization and attention-to-detail. When you buy something from a woodworker you buy more then an object. You are buying hundreds of hours of errors and experimentation.
Years of frustration, and moments of pure joy. You're not buying just one thing, you are buying a piece of a heart. A small piece of someone's life.
THESE ARE THE

DESIGN ELEMENTS

Custom jobs are our specialty. Some of our favorite design elements are showcased below. Click on the thumbnails to view the full size images.

Pricing: Unlike Natural stones, such as granite and marble, concrete elements are made.
The cost will be based on the complexity of the form, the compilation of ingredients, and the desired finish, rather then just the size of the job.
